The Yaluwa team have recently returned from Sri Lanka where we have been doing the usual random acts of kindness, as well as visiting schools and nurseries in the Ahangama area, raising our continuing sponsorship for the Buddhist temple nursery. The Art 2 Art project in Arugam Bay is on hold at the minute due to the difficulites NGO's are experiencing in the area, E. coast news to follow..
Yaluwa is currently registering as a charity and has the knowledge and support of the main aid organisations of the Disasters Emergency Commitee - and is operated wholly by volunteers.
